A: To inform us of a missed session please email us directly at Info@mnature.co.uk or call us on 020 8863 8832. We are happy to credit missed sessions to use against a future School Term, however we are unable to issue refunds for these. If your child is leaving or moving school, we will issue a full refund or a refund for the remaining sessions back on to the card you paid with.
